While Senate Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) may casually dismiss what Congresswoman Liz Cheney (R-WY) has taken to calling the Pro-Putin wing of the Republican party, Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is continuing to spread propaganda about Russia’s Ukraine war that could have been written by Vladimir Putin himself.
Congresswoman Greene was excoriated on social media today for her two-part tweet accusing the Ukrainian military of being “Nazi militias that are torturing innocent people, especially children and women” and declaring that the United States should deny aid to the Zelensky government on the basis of the Russian talking points that she was so transparently spreading.
2. We should not spend billions of American’s hard earned tax dollars on lethal aid to be given to possible Nazi militias that are torturing innocent people, especially children and women.
It’s not Pro-Putin to be against this.
It’s Pro-torture & evil to stay silent/censor it.

Greene’s contrarian attitude toward the Russian invasion of its neighboring country may be a natural corollary to the principles of the “America First” credo that she and the neo-Nazi, white-nationalist followers that she went out of her way to address at Nick Fuentes’ recent AFPAC bund rally hold so dear to their hearts.
Social media responses, however, marveled with cognitive dissonance at the sudden revulsion toward supposed Ukrainian fascists after courting the domestic members of the same condemnable tribe here in America through her detestable propaganda.

Others demanded that Greene prove her assertions about Nazi militias in Ukraine and her other misstatements.
Reported. Disinformation. But really it’s what we have come to expect from this one!

According to Wikipedia, the definition of a “fifth column” is “any group of people who undermine a larger group from within, usually in favor of an enemy group or nation. The activities of a fifth column can be overt or clandestine. Forces gathered in secret can mobilize openly to assist an external attack.”
At this point there is no doubt that the Republican party is harboring a fifth column within its ranks — with Marjorie Taylor Greene at its forefront — no matter how much Senator Mitch McConnell likes to minimize the pro-Putin traitors in his party.
Greene deserves every bit of rancor aimed her way. Let’s hope that she becomes a distant and forgotten nightmare once she’s voted out of office this November.
