The pro-impeachment Republican Rep. just took aim at Trump’s Attorney General in epic tweetstorm

Representative Justin Amash (R-MI) has quickly become one of the most outspoken critics of the Trump administration and is currently the only Republican calling for President Trump’s impeachment, a surprising act of bravery in a party completely paralyzed by partisan cowardice.

Previously, Amash tweeted out a breakdown of the Mueller report, shredding his party’s claim that the president didn’t obstruct justice. As is clear to anyone who has bothered to so much as glance at the report’s findings, the president almost certainly sought to obstruct justice, with Mueller pointing to ten different occasions on which he thinks it may have occurred. Unlike most Republicans, Amash isn’t afraid to point it out.

Not surprisingly, Amash’s comments lead to Trump lashing out and calling him a “lightweight” and a “loser.” Unfortunately for the president, Amash clearly was not intimidated because now he’s going after Trump’s lapdog Attorney General William Barr once again.

In a lengthy Twitter thread, Amash reiterated some of the arguments he made previously about the head of the Justice Department, calling into question his character and outright accusing him of misrepresenting the facts of the Mueller report in an effort to protect President Trump.

Amash spelled out the timeline of events leading up to Barr’s misleading summary, and the picture that emerges is a deeply unflattering and perhaps criminal one. The epic Twitter thread lays out exactly how Barr manipulated Mueller’s findings and the entire thing lends great support to Amash’s call for impeachment.

It’s clear now that AG Barr should be forced to resign in disgrace and if his boss refuses to do the same impeachment proceedings should begin. There is no excuse for their deplorable behavior. These men have made a mockery of the rule of law and there is no place for them in American government.
