Trump just viciously attacked the judge who delivered his latest immigration defeat

When President Trump is traveling abroad, it often means a slow news day as meetings with foreign leaders replace his valuable Fox News viewing habit and keep him away from his Twitter habit.

Yet the president found time today after arriving in Tokyo for meetings with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to engage in his favorite pastime of bashing any branch of the government that he doesn’t control and that is thwarting his authoritarian plans to make America white again.

In today’s tweet, Trump took aim at the judiciary which has rejected his attempts at violating the Constitution and international treaties with his efforts to ignore asylum law and close off America’s southern border.

As he has countless times in the past, President Trump politicized the federal judge who ruled against his administration’s policies by assuming that their decision was the result of the political affiliation of the president who initially appointed them rather than the result of years of legal studies and the examination of the relevant precedent.

Oddly, Trump seems to have no problem with the conservative activist judges with whom he is currently packing the federal court in a right-wing attempt to reverse decades of progress on women’s reproductive rights, LGBTQ rights, voting rights, and any other policy that imperils the political dominance of the white males who control the Republican party and their billionaire funders of identical demographic profiles.

The president repeats his fear based-lies about the crime, drugs and human trafficking that he attributes to illegal immigration despite the fact that crime statistics disprove his every accusation, as even the Koch Brothers’ Libertarian think tank, the Cato Institute, was forced to admit.

Of course, the Trump administration refuses to admit the illegality of what it is attempting to accomplish and is seeking an expedited appeal in the hopes that its court-packing strategy will pay off in an appeal to the Supreme Court where he has already installed two freshly-minted allies of his right-wing agenda.

Trump’s actions only prove how crucial it is to remove him from the White House as soon as possible, hopefully through an impeachment process that will hold him accountable for his crimes of obstruction and the multiple financial misdeeds that the impeachment investigations are sure to uncover.
