President Trump is finally facing some harsh opposition from a member of his own party in the form of Representative Jason Amash (R-MI). Over the weekend, he displayed a degree of bravery that is painfully lacking in most of the GOP by taking to Twitter to outline Trump’s impeachable offenses.

Yesterday, he took it a step further by breaking down the Mueller Report and shredding his party’s claim that the president didn’t obstruct justice. As is clear to anyone who has bothered to so much as glance at the report’s findings, the president almost certainly sought to obstruction of justice, with Mueller pointing to ten different occasions on which he thinks it may have occurred. Yet most Republicans are too afraid to admit it.
Trump, in turn, lashed out at Amash on Twitter, childishly calling him a “lightweight” and a “loser” while also inserting a bunch of lies and misinformation about the Mueller Report, as he so often does.
….he would see that it was nevertheless strong on NO COLLUSION and, ultimately, NO OBSTRUCTION…Anyway, how do you Obstruct when there is no crime and, in fact, the crimes were committed by the other side? Justin is a loser who sadly plays right into our opponents hands!

Trump also called Amash a loser while talking to reporters.
Trump's response to @justinamash (R) calling his conduct impeachable is to personally demean him.

Amash was then asked by reporters what he thinks about the President of the United States calling him a loser. The Hill reports that without missing a bit, Amash gave the petty insult all of the seriousness it deserved, responding with a simple, “OK.”

The brief response is sure to drive Trump into a fury, as it indicates that Amash sees him a as a joke, something which the infamously insecure president is incapable of handling. Amash has landed on the perfect way of dealing with Trump: treating him like the overgrown manchild he really is.
Question: "How do you feel having a primary opponent now announced against you running after your tweets about impeachment."
Rep. Justin Amash: "Yeah it's not serious." https://t.co/VqanpftgJL pic.twitter.com/0Imtuz1q1H

This morning, Amash struck yet another blow against President Trump. Bo Erickson of CBS News reports that the rep was spotted on the steps of the Capitol explaining to a group of students why Trump must be impeached immediately. Clearly, he has no intention of backing down and this feud is only just beginning. Expect more Trump meltdowns to follow.
Wow: @justinamash is NOT backing down. He is now talking to a school group on steps of the Capitol about why Trump impeachment proceedings should begin. “Really dangerous for our country” when ppl don’t tell the truth pic.twitter.com/JYhKMtjhuk
