Trump just outdid himself with shamelessly nepotistic favor for Don Jr.

The Trump administration is a veritable rogues’ gallery of troglodytic crooks and greasy-haired imbeciles, padded out with relatives of the president in the same way a mafia organization would be. When you’re determined to break the law left and right and engage in rampant corruption, it helps to have people around you that you can trust, and blood relatives fill that need.

Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner have been gallivanting around the world on the taxpayers’ dime, presenting themselves as experienced diplomats rather than the rotten beneficiaries of nepotism that they really are. Their accomplishments are nonexistent and their embarrassments myriad. The president’s sons Eric and Donald Jr. have become mainstays of the conservative television bubble, shilling for their father and pushing hard for his reelection.

The fact that these wannabe mobsters are representing the United States on the world stage should make every patriotic American sick to their stomach.

Now, another unqualified conservative ghoul is joining the corrupt bunch. Kimberly Guilfoyle, who has been dating Donald Trump Jr., has now officially joined Trump’s reelection campaign as a Senior Advisor.

The new job is clearly a gift from the president to his son’s girlfriend, given the fact that Guilfoyle doesn’t exactly have a reputation as a deft political strategist. She has worked with GOP PACs and campaigned for the party in the past, but her most notable resume entry is her time as one of the vapid hosts of  The Five on Fox News.

For those sane Americans who want to see Trump lose in 2020, this could be seen as good news, presuming she proves to be as incompetent in her new role as many anticipate. Let’s all wish her the worst of luck in her fresh endeavors.

Not surprisingly, Twitter was less than impressed with the Trump campaign’s latest addition and quickly tore into Guilfoyle and the Trumps.
