As the president began yet another morning of tweeting about things he saw on television that had to do with him — especially the dozens of investigations into him and his overinflated approval ratings among his fans — his longtime critic George Conway took to Twitter and began to question the President’s mental state in a series of his characteristically concise tweets that did not mention the president by name, but given Conway’s long history of indirectly criticizing Trump, it’s not hard to figure out who he was talking about — especially since he did reference Trump by name in his previous tweets.

Don’t assume that the things he says and does are part of a rational plan or strategy, because they seldom are. Consider them as a product of his pathologies, and they make perfect sense. https://t.co/k9rAK3tGFT

Conway, of course, is the husband to Trump consigliere and prominent surrogate Kellyanne Conway, who managed his campaign following the firings of Corey Lewandowski and Paul Manafort, but that hasn’t stopped the prominent D.C. lawyer from unloading on the president whenever he does something particularly egregious — and his behavior over the weekend certainly deserves it:

While many people with diagnosed mental health issues might take issue with a lawyer branding Trump as a narcissist from afar, one only has to watch any of his speeches to realize immediately that the President of the United States is sundowning before our very eyes, his brain leaking out of his ears and onto the podium with every retelling of his meetings with our movie-star handsome generals or his insistence that the wheel was invented before the wall or his wild theory that our stealth jets are literally invisible.
There’s probably going to be some uncomfortable silences at dinner tonight in the Conway household.
