Ana Navarro just humiliated the Republican Party Chairwoman for trying to trash Democrats

While the Trump era has given birth to a veritable rogues’ gallery of conservative conmen, sexual predators, sadists, pedophiles, and double-digit IQ grifters, few are as nakedly opportunistic and hypocritical as Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel.

Under her leadership, the GOP has doubled down on its abasement on behalf of Trump, discarding every last shred of its credibility and morals in the interest of prolonging its stranglehold on the federal government.

Yesterday, McDaniel took to Twitter to attack some Democrats whose names are being floated as possible presidential candidates to take down Trump in 2020.

The RNC Chairwoman tried to smear Senator Kamala Harris over sexual misconduct allegations against one of her staffers even the man in question has already been fired and the issue handled. She dredged up Senator Elizbeth Warren’s DNA test even though it’s already old news, and then attacked former Vice President Joe Biden for being “too tired and worn out,” an absurd line of criticism coming from someone who is helping to prop up a 72-year-old sundowning president.

Now, Republican strategist and pundit Ana Navarro has responded by tearing into McDaniel over the tweet. She pointed out that 2018 has been a terrible year for the Republican Party and listed the reasons why.

First and foremost, she drew attention to the fact that three of the RNC’s National Finance Chairs have been embroiled in scandal this past year.

Steven Wynn was hit with sexual misconduct allegations. Elliot Broidy was exposed for paying off a Playboy bunny after she had his abortion. Michael Cohen resigned after entering guilty pleas for numerous crimes.

On top of that, Navarro added, the Republicans lost control of the House of Representatives, ceding 40 seats to Democrats in a landslide election. Blame for the historic defeat lies at least in some part at McDaniels’s feet.

Navarro is absolutely correct. Things are looking very bad for the GOP. Going forward, McDaniel would be better off simply maintaining radio silence. Any attack she launches on Democrats will prompt a barrage of people pointing out how much worse off her party is.
