Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh stands accused of numerous acts of heinous sexual misconduct, any one of which should disqualify him for consideration and which taken together paint a picture of a deranged serial sex criminal who should be kept away from civilized society in general and women in particular.
Kavanaugh has quickly proven himself to be a deeply untrustworthy, temperamentally unfit individual whose position as a D.C. circuit judge should also be called into question. His teary-eyed, whiny performance in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee exposed him as a deeply partisan hack and a lifelong beneficiary of unchecked entitlement.
Amongst other allegations, Kavanaugh has been accused of possibly being involved with spiking drinks at parties and gang rapes while he was in high school.
Julie Swetnick, the woman who came forward with the gang rape accusations, has been assailed ruthlessly by right-wing media intent on discrediting her.
While her story has yet to be confirmed, and while she admits she can’t be sure that Kavanaugh was one of the men who raped her or that he definitely spiked punch, she says he was sexually aggressive and it’s quite possible he was one of the perpetrators.
Now, Michael Avenatti, the attorney and Trump nemesis representing Swetnick, has produced corroboration for her story. The lawyer took to Twitter to share an email he sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee, in which he repeated a request for the FBI to interview Swetnick.
The tweet also included a bombshell testimony from a new, anonymous woman which confirms parts of Swetnick’s story. The woman, who Avenatti says will reveal her identity once the FBI reaches out, says she has known Swetnick and Kavanaugh’s other accuser Christine Blasey Ford for decades.
The anonymous woman writes that she knew both Kavanaugh and his alleged rape attempt accomplice Mike Judge in the 1980’s. She said she witnessed both of them “drink excessively” and act “overly aggressive” and “verbally abusive” towards girls.
She says she also saw them engage in “inappropriate” sexual contact with girls. According to the testimony, Kavanaugh would drink till he was “incoherent and vomiting” a direct refutation of his sworn testimony in which he claimed he never drank to excess.
Most damningly, the anonymous woman says she personally witnessed Kavanaugh spiking the punch at parties with quaalude pills or grain alcohol for the purpose of taking sexual advantage of girls. The letter ends with the woman claiming she has knowledge of “other inappropriate” behavior from Kavanaugh that she would rather reveal after the FBI reaches out.
The FBI must speak to this women immediately and if her claims are true, a wider investigation must be launched into Kavanaugh’s past immediately.
URGENT: Below please find an email just sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee, together with a declaration from another witness who confirms a number of Ms. Swetnick's claims. These women deserve to be heard & interviewed by the FBI before any vote on the nomination. pic.twitter.com/upkoIWfKxz
