Sacha Baron Cohen just responded to Palin with an epic “apology” and revealed his newest character

Comedian Sacha Baron Cohen has been making headlines with slew of revelations that numerous prominent political figures like former Vice-President and fugitive war criminal Dick Cheney, former vice-presidential nominee Sarah Palin, pedophile judge and ex-Senate candidate Roy Moore, and former anchor Ted Koppel have been duped into interviews with the Borat and Ali G Show funnyman.

Sarah Palin, in particular, was furious about falling for his disguise and participating in the interview for as long as she did. She issued an extremely huffy statement complaining about how Cohen had disguised himself as a wounded veteran and disrespected the troops by doing.

“Out of respect for what I was led to believe would be a thoughtful discussion with someone who had served in uniform, I sat through a long ‘interview’ full of Hollywoodism’s disrespect and sarcasm — but finally had enough and literally, physically removed my mic and walked out, much to Cohen’s chagrin” said a furious Palin in a statement.

“The disrespect of our U.S. military and middle-class Americans via Cohen’s foreign commentaries under the guise of interview questions was perverse. Mock politicians and innocent public personalities all you want, if that lets you sleep at night, but HOW DARE YOU mock those who have fought and served our country!”

Cohen responded to Palin today by unveiling his latest character, a parody of right-wing propagandists called Dr. Billy Wayne Ruddick Jr., and fired back with a hilarious message of his own:

We eagerly await to see if Palin will give this esteemed “Doctor” the apology he clearly deserves.
