This morning, President Trump took to Twitter and raged against the Red Hen restaurant in Virginia, which refused to seat Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders this weekend in protest of her role in the Trump administration and by extension the astounding litany of crimes and abuses they have committed in the past year and a half.
In typical fashion, Trump launched baseless but telling attack on the cleanliness of the restaurant, accusing them of having a dirty kitchen and of failing to properly maintain the outside of the restaurant.
The Red Hen Restaurant should focus more on cleaning its filthy canopies, doors and windows (badly needs a paint job) rather than refusing to serve a fine person like Sarah Huckabee Sanders. I always had a rule, if a restaurant is dirty on the outside, it is dirty on the inside!

Which is of course supremely ironic, seeing as the Red Hen has a perfect health-inspection record while the restaurants at Trump’s own properties are notorious for being filthy and infested with roaches.
Just this past April, health inspectors visited the Trump International Hotel in Washington D.C. and found 10 major health violations, including serious raw meat storage issues. After being warned, the follow-up inspection found that they had done nothing to rectify the problems.
Hypocrisy aside, it’s clear that the recent trend of public humiliations that ordinary citizens have inflicted on prominent members of the Trump administration – chasing them out of restaurants, harassing them outside of their homes, refusing them service in restaurants – is striking fear in their hearts and making them feel uncomfortable.
This means it’s working. We cannot allow these fascist bootlickers to continue to perpetrate such horrifying abuses against innocent people with some kind of punishment, and since we are bereft of legal options, the very least we can do is make sure they know how we really feel about it – and to make those racists afraid again.
