While the Republican Party loves to refer to people on the left as “snowflakes,” they’re led by inarguably the whiniest, most self-victimizing president in American history. Thanks to the archaic and convoluted quirks of the Electoral College, the most powerful country in the world is currently being run by a man with the temperament and attention span of a child.
Not surprisingly, the international community doesn’t take the office of the American presidency as seriously as it once did. Trump has demonstrated a profound inability to project competency or inspire anything even approaching mild admiration from the rest of the world.
During his upcoming trip to the United Kingdom next month, Trump will be confronted by the stark reality of just how little rest of the world respects his leadership. NBC News reports that protestors will greet the president with a 20-foot-tall inflatable baby Trump.

The less-than-flattering character grips a phone in its grubby paw, a clear reference to the president’s infantile Twitter habits. The crowdfunding page for the float has already surpassed its goal.
Leo Murray, the mastermind behind the protest blimp, plans to float it over Parliament during Trump’s visit but has yet to receive official approval for the stun. He described it as the kind of “non-violent but effective protest” the government should encourage.
“Moral outrage has no effect on Trump because he has no shame, he’s immune to it. But he has a tremendously fragile ego so ridicule is an effective form of protest,” Murray told NBC.
Hopefully, Murray’s plan comes to fruition. Humiliation is one of the few things our narcissistic president responds to. It may not change his behavior but at the very least it’ll sap a little wind out of his hateful sails. This man is destroying families and ripping up the foundations of our country. He deserves to be shamed.
