Disturbing images from the Santa Fe killer’s social media pages were just revealed


The shooter behind today’s horrifying massacre at a high school in Santa Fe, Texas, has been identified as Dimitrios Pagourtzis, seventeen years old, according to CBS News. He is believed to be a student at the school.

A Facebook page belonging to Pagourtzis has been deleted already, but screenshots were taken by reporters – and their contents are as puzzling as they are disturbing.

Far from having any obvious ideological affiliations, his jacket is littered with a diverse array of contradicting pins – an Iron Cross, a hammer and sickle, an icon of the demon Baphomet, and an image of elder god Cthulu. He also had a T-shirt that read “Born To Kill.”

His Instagram account reportedly only had three pictures – but one of them should have set off warning signs everywhere. He also followed many gun enthusiast pages.


This leaves us with little clue as to why this young man committed such a monstrous act – but that didn’t stop right-wingers from quickly taking to Facebook to try to pin the blame on “leftists.”

We’re no closer to answers, but it’s clear once again that someone who should not have had a gun was able to get one – and now we must grapple with the horrifying consequences.
