A Trump accuser just filed a subpoena to force NBC to hand over incriminating “Apprentice” Tapes

Summer Zervos was a contestant on the Apprentice back in the days when Trump’s “You’re fired!” catchphrase was fun comedic schtick and not every morning’s headline out of Washington.

Zervos is also one of the many women who has accused the president of sexual assault, an allegation normally difficult to prove – unless there are tapes.

In this case, Zervos says there are tapes corroborating her version of the events, and she and her legal team have just subpoenaed them.

“We’re gathering evidence that we believe will prove that the defendant lied when he falsely denigrated Ms. Zervos and when he denied sexually assaulting her,” Zervos’ attorney Mariann Wang told the New York Times.

The New York Times reports the subpoenas were issued “both to Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, which owns archives of the reality show, and to the Beverly Hills Hotel, where Ms. Zervos says [Trump] groped her in 2007.”

Zervos is suing the loud-mouthed president for defamation after he labelled her a liar once she came forward with her assault claims ahead of the 2016 election.

The subpoena seeks every video in MGM’s possession that features Trump talking with or about Zervos, as well as Trump talking about any women in a “sexual or inappropriate manner.” These mythical videos are also believed to contain footage of Trump using racial slurs.

Sounds like Zervos and her legal team will have hours of footage to go through if they’re seeking all footage in which Trump denigrates any women, but more fodder will only build a stronger case.
