A quick Google search did not reveal the residents of the 50th floor in the tower, although the 51st floor is reportedly occupied by noted art dealer Hillel Nahmad. Any artworks that Nahmad has in his residence may be at risk of fire, smoke, or water damage from the blaze if it continues to spread.

This is the second fire this year at the president’s premier property. A minor fire broke out in cooling equipment on the roof of the building immediately above Trump’s penthouse residence in January but was quickly extinguished. Two people suffered minor injuries in that fire.
