Another incident of horrifying racism has popped up in Trump’s America, this time from a child. The Root reports that a 13-year-old boy in Georgia has been arrested for making terroristic threats. The boy is said to have placed calls to the Cobb County NAACP and left menacing, racist voicemails.

“My number is kill ni**ers 101. My name, Johnny Rebel. My profession, murdering black people. F**k you stupid f**king niggers,” one message begins before growing inaudible. It picks back up with, “F**king kill yourself. Stupid ni**er-loving Jews.”

Authorities, in conjunction with the FBI, tracked down the caller. Upon discovering the perpetrator was a teenager, he was charged and the case will be handled by the Juvenile Court.

“It is just unbelievable that we have people like this in our world and we just have to remember when we hear that not to let it deter us from what we are doing but to continue to fight for everyone,” said President Phyllis Blake of the local NAACP in regards to the hateful voicemails.

The entire case is a stark reminder of how rampant and emboldened racists are under our white-nationalist sympathizing, racist dog-whistling, bigotted president.

His constant refusals to denounce the worst elements of the Republican Party and his tepid condemnations of violent racists is a toxic approach to leadership that is encouraging hatemongers to emerge en masse from beneath their rocks.

The age of the terroristic caller is also a disturbing detail to the story. It shows that racism can start young and infect a person for the rest of their life. Racism is taught and isn’t going to simply vanish naturally with the upcoming generation. It must be rooted out, exposed, and shamed at every turn.
