Reporters revealed yesterday that the President would be spending his long weekend not golfing out of respect for the victims of the recent massacre at a Parkland, Florida high school.

Instead, the leader of the free world decided to spend his days watching television – apparently spending literally all day watching TV – and just couldn’t help himself from embarking on a little late-night feuding with a new potential rival.

Late on Sunday night, the president of the United States fired off a tweet insulting and demeaning none other than billionaire mogul and media empress Oprah Winfrey after watching a segment of hers on 60 Minutes.
Just watched a very insecure Oprah Winfrey, who at one point I knew very well, interview a panel of people on 60 Minutes. The questions were biased and slanted, the facts incorrect. Hope Oprah runs so she can be exposed and defeated just like all of the others!

The segment in question was a reunion of 14 partisan voters, seven of whom voted for Trump and seven who voted for Hillary Clinton.

CBS’ Matt Ford was quick to figure out which section of the interviews set off the President – and unsurprisingly, it was the discussion of the dozens of sexual assault and harassment accusations that have been credibly leveled against the President over the years.

The rest of Oprah's segment was pretty normal, so this is probably what set Trump off tonight. https://t.co/lzMjCrTrgS pic.twitter.com/W7SsrtwaUT

Rumors of Oprah’s presidential aspirations swirled after her speech at the Golden Globes went viral on social media – rumors that she quickly put to rest, but might nevertheless be bothering the perpetually insecure Trump and might have prompted him to begin tearing her down from afar.
To see the president raging at a rival celebrity is a sadly fitting end to the President’s weekend, which has seen him take to Twitter to blame the FBI for the massacre at Stoneman-Douglas High, embark on a tweeting rampage once he realized that the recent round of 13 indictments of Russian nationals did not “vindicate” him as he previously had believed they would, and insult members of Congress with disparaging nicknames.
At this point, we have to come to grips with the fact that he will never behave in a manner appropriate to the office he holds.
