Just seven months before the now infamous alleged affair with porn star Stormy Daniels, Trump issued some truly foul proclamations about a then-pregnant Melania on the Howard Stern show.
“You know, Howard, she’s got the kind of a body and makeup where, about one day after the baby, it’s going to be the same as it was before,” Trump said on the show, Dec. 7, 2005.
This, a mere six months before the Celebrity Golf Tournament affair with Stormy Daniels.
The exchange went on.
STERN: “You’re giving her one day?”
TRUMP: “One or two… I think I’ll give her a week. No, I’ll give her a week.”
STERN: “If there’s cellulite, will you be man enough to stay in the relationship?”
TRUMP: “I will, I will love her so much. You have no idea. I’m a very loyal person. I will love her so much.”
Melania Trump was five months pregnant at the time of this interview. Not one month later, Trump engaged in the Stormy Daniels affairs.
Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen coordinated a payment of $130,000 to Daniels just weeks before the election, possibly through a Delaware LLC that was created around the same time. Allegedly Daniels was primed to go to the media with her story. The story never leaked until this week.
The thrice married President’s track record with women is spotty. He is accused of sexual assault by 19 women. His comments on Howard Stern in 2005 track perfectly with his abysmal standing with women over time. It should come as no surprise that his disrespect for women extends to the ones closest to him in his life.
