Haiti accuses Trump of laundering blood money for their deadliest dictator ever

Evidence suggests that Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller is investigating Trump for multiple counts of money laundering for oligarchs from dictatorships around the world, especially Vladimir Putin’s Russia.

Meanwhile, a BuzzFeed report has just brought to light new evidence that shows Trump laundered money in the 1980s for ruthless then-Haitian-dictator, Jean-Claude Duvalier, aka “Baby Doc”:

The Haitian government claimed in the 1980s that ousted dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier laundered stolen treasury funds when he bought Trump Tower apartment 54-K for $446,875 in August 1983. Duvalier used a Panama shell company called Lasa Trade and Finance to buy the apartment in cash. Trump signed the deed of sale.

In the wake of the “president’s” comments yesterday about Haiti, all of Africa, much of Latin America, and other developing regions, calling them “shithole countries,” these new revelations expose both the corruption and the abject hypocrisy of our Criminal-in-Chief.

The bigot in the Oval Office doesn’t want immigrants and refugees from countries American policy helped pillage by propping up dictators like Papa Doc and Baby Doc, but he’s willing to conspire to commit crimes with the tyrants whose bloodlust made people flee such places to seek a better life here.

A nationwide uprising in 1986 resulted in the 25-year exile of Baby Doc.  After the 2011 Haitian earthquake, he returned to “survey the damage,” and was promptly tried and convicted on numerous charges, including “misappropriation of funds and corruption.”

Perhaps we should take a page from Haiti’s history books by trying and ousting our own kleptocratic wannabe dictator.
